Creating efficiencies and cost benefits in our clients Managed Print Services
Our client is a global investment manager with an expertise in fixed income, equities and multi-asset solutions. After a period of growth, the business needed to tighten its security and streamline its operations.
The company’s Issues : too many providers, not enough security
Confidentiality is key to our client. They handle considerable data for their customers and this information is so sensitive that it cannot be shared between different teams within the company.
When the company got in touch with Espria, the solutions implemented by this global investment business were inadequate to protect their data. Also, after a period of sustained growth, multiple printing devices were maintained by various suppliers. That resulted in teams having to manage several service providers. It was challenging and distracting.
In essence, there was a complete lack of visibility in the printing environment, with no clarity of cost nor flexibility regarding printing solutions.
Our solutions : printing rules and printing software
Initially, our key priority was to address concerns over security. So we immediately implemented Follow me printing.
With author authentication required to release the print, data security became watertight. Also, Follow me printing ensured that teams were no longer concerned about compromising the confidentiality of their clients’ information by sharing it inadvertently.
Furthermore, in order to give the company total clarity of their printing environment, we ensured they utilised our Print Management Suite solution.
It gave them total visibility of their printing environment and more specifically :
- Printing per user
- Device usage
- Departmental print volumes
Our client was able to fully understand costs and implement printing rules which created both the efficiencies and security required for their business operations.
We are now fully GDPR compliant as a result of our partnership with Espria and we don’t have to manage multiple suppliers and multiple devices anymore.

Zero Trust Networking
Protecting Employees Without Friction Your workforce is your greatest asset, and your greatest vulnerability. Attackers know this, which is why phishing and credential theft remain the most common entry points. But here’s the leadership challenge: how do you protect employees without slowing them down? Zero Trust answers that question by making security invisible yet uncompromising. Employees work from anywhere, home, client sites, airports, without clunky VPNs or endless password resets. Behind the scenes, every login is verified, every device assessed, every anomaly flagged. If something looks wrong, a compromised credential, an unusual location, the system reacts…
